Here are some some of the questions we often get asked, please feel free to email us with any of your own questions.
What size are the the blankets?
All blanket dimensions are close approximations and may vary by a couple of centimeters. Due to the handmade nature of our blankets there are sometimes slight variations in size.
What if I want a larger blanket?
Please email us if you would like a a larger or smaller blanket. We will do our best to accommodate your individual requirements. Larger blankets will cost more and made to order blankets may take longer to post than items held in stock. Made to order blankets depend on the availability of fabric.
How accurate are the colours in the pictures on your website?
We make every effort to accurately reproduce the colours of our products on our web site We also try to include written descriptions of all the products that we stock. There are always variations in the colour balance of different monitors and these variations may effect the way you view our products online. We are happy to send you small blanket swatches if you want to get a better look or feel of our blankets. Email us your name and address and the name of the blanket you would like a swatch of. We will pop a mini sample in the post for you.
Washing and caring for blankets
All our blankets wash best at 30 degrees. We recommend washing darker colours separately for the first few washes. Our blankets can be dried on a medium setting in a drier or pegged out on a washing line to dry.
Cotton and Minky blankets, and cotton comfort blankets can be ironed on a medium iron setting on the COTTON SIDE only. Never iron on minky, teddyskin or fleece as these are polyester fabrics.
shipping times
Some of our items are made to order and you should expect delivery within five working days. If there is likely to be any delay to your order we will let you know as soon as you place your order.
Can I return my order if I change my mind?
We want you to be happy with the item you have bought, if for any reason you are not delighted with your purchase please contact us to arrange to return the item. The cost of postage for returns is your responsibility. If the item is faulty we will refund your postage costs. For more information have a look at the P&P and Returns page.
How do I pay for my item?
We accept all major credit cards. We use Paypal checkout. This means you can check out securely either using your paypal account or if you would prefer you can check out using a credit or debit card.
Do you ship overseas ?
We are happy to ship your order overseas. However we expect payment via our website for the goods and we will email you a separate invoice for shipping costs. If you have any questions regarding this please email us for assistance.
