We aim to dispatch your item to you within three days of you ordering it. Some of our TaggaRoo items are made to order and this is why we do not always dispatch the day that you place your order.If your item has been made to order then it should be with you within 5 working days of you placing your order... We realise that there are times when an item is needed as a matter of urgency ( a last minute gift or the unexpected arrival of a baby...) If you need your item dispatched at record speed please drop me a line, or mention this in the special instructions box at checkout. We will pull out all the stops and try our best to get your order out as quickly as possible.

Returns
Returns should be made within 14 days. The item must be returned in a new unwashed condition. We want you to be happy with the item you have bought, if for any reason you are not delighted with your purchase please contact us to arrange to return the item. The cost of postage for returns is your responsibility. If the item is faulty we will refund your postage costs. We can not offer refunds or replacements on used items unless they are faulty. Before we can offer you a refund you must return the item to us.
Please note Sale items should be returned within 7 days of ordering. This must be in an unused and unwashed condition.
Gift Receipts
Please make sure you ask for a gift receipt if you are buying a gift. This allows the person you are giving the gift to return the item if they have any problems with it.
International customers are welcome, but please contact us before buying so that we can calculate the shipping cost to your country.
